Easy One Pot Vegetable Soup Recipe

You Will Need
- (1) 32oz Chicken Broth
- (1) 32oz Vegetable Broth
- Bay Leaves
- Ground Thyme
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Parsley Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- (2) Yellow Onion
- (2) Red Tomato
- (1) Celery Stalk
- (1) Can of Corn
- (1) Can of Green Beans
- (1) Can of Green Peas
- (1) Bag of Carrots
- (2) Russet Potatoes
- (2) Cans of Diced Tomatoes
- 2lbs ground beef
COOKING IN A NINJA POSSIBLE COOKER PRO

Step 1: Set your Ninja Possible Cooker Pro to sauté on high allow to pre-heat. Begin to cook your ground beef.
Step 2: While your Ninja pre-heats, dice/chop your onions, celery and carrots and prepare them to be put into the cooker.
Step 3: Once your Ninja is pre-heated and your veggies are chopped, put your onions, celery and carrots into the pot and place the cover on top, this will sauté them. Season with 1/2 tbs salt, 1/2tbs pepper, and 1/4tbs garlic powder, and 1/4tbs onion powder, mix well and let cook for about 4 minutes or until sautéed.
Step 4: After the onions, celery and carrots are sautéed change your cooking settings to 'slow cook' on high.  Now you may pour in your (2) cans of diced tomatoes DO NOT STRAIN the juice out. Stir in with your veggies. Wash your potatoes thoroughly and chop them up into chunks, place into your cooker.
Step 5: Pour in 32oz of Chicken Broth and 16oz of Vegetable Broth, mix well.
Step 6: Add in 3-4 bay leaves, 1tbs paprika, 2tbs ground thyme, 1tbs garlic powder, 1tbs onion powder, 1/2tbs parsley flakes, 1tbs salt, and 1tbs pepper. Stir in well.
Step 7: Your ground beef should be finished cooking by this step, be sure to strain the grease well and make sure you do not have any large chunks of beef. Â Add your ground beef into your soup. Stir again.
Step 8: About 1 hour before your soup is finished, add in your peas, green beans, and corn - BE SURE TO STRAIN ALL JUICES OUT. Mix well.
Step 9: Enjoy!

When cooked on HIGH your cook time will be 3 hours. Â When cooked on LOW your cook time will be 6 hours. Â This soup pairs nicely with peanut butter sandwiches or grilled cheese, also cornbread!
