HOW TO APPLY YOUR DECAL
Please see the step by step instructions:
1. Decide the location you would like to place your decal.
2. Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing/isopropyl alcohol (we reccomend using this rather than window cleaners such as Windex). Allow the area to air dry.
3. Take a squeegee (or similar like a debit card) and firmly run it over the clear side and white side of the decal.
4. Remove the backing (white) from the transfer tape (clear) the decal should remain on the transfer tape.
5. Apply the decal and transfer tape to your desired surface/location.
6. Take your squeegee (or similar item such as debit card) and firmly go over the face of the decal. This will not harm your decal.
7. Once you are sure the decal has been applied properly, remove the clear transfer tape at an angle starting at one of the corners.
8. Allow your decal 1-4 days to cure to your surface before washing or pressure washing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL orders placed are made custom to order, for this reason, we are unable to provide refunds or returns or exchanges. If a decal is not properly made, please contact us and we will correct the order and ship the new order to you free of charge. If you have received the wrong order all together (which is rare but has happened) please reach out to us, we will send you a return label and ask that you return the order, upon its arrival we will ship you the proper order free of charge.
Sab The Decal Plug is not responsible for any damages to the decal during or after application. If your decal is damaged during or after the application of your decal we will NOT remake your decal. If your decal arrives to you damaged (has happened, cannot be helped by us) please contact us and provide images of the decal(s) along with the original packaging in the image and we can remake and reship your order free of charge, this is decided on a case by case basis and does NOT guarantee a remake/refund.
Each order, including custom orders placed via snapchat, instagram, or tiktok or any other method besides our website will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of the order, please ensure you check this email and confirm all details are correct. If you do not contact us regarding an incorrect emailed order confirmation we will conclude that the order is correct and proceed with the completion of the order.
All orders have a 5 day warranty from date of delivery. If you have any issues regarding your order please contact us within this 5 day window and we will assist in the issue as easily and quickly as possible.
Hoodie/Hat orders may take up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS to process and produce based on order volume at the time. Decal orders can take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS to process and produce based on order volume at the time. BUSINESS DAYS include Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and do not include any holidays or closure days that fall on these business days. If you have a question or would like an update regarding your order, please contact us via any platform with your order number.
We have multiple shipping methods -- THESE METHODS DO NOT affect the processing time it takes to complete and package the orders, these time frames provided reflect the amount of time it takes to SHIP once dropped off with the postal carrier/fedex/UPS. We have NO control over the speed at which your package will travel through the carrier's system. Sab The Decal Plug is NOT responsible for any damages caused by the pakcage's travel and is also NOT responsible for any package theft or loss once the package has been placed with the carrier, for these issues (theft) please contact your local athourities and for loss please contact your local postal carrier/ups/fedex provider for more information on your package. Once the package is shipped we can only see the exact information you can see on the tracking page.
