SHIPPING
We are currently only shipping via UPS and USPS. USPS shipping is our "Economy" shipping for the flat rate price of $6.75. This shipping method does include a tracking number, however, with USPS delays and delivery issues recently, we recommend NOT using this method, however, we offer it as a cheaper shipping choice. Our UPS options are Standard and Express as well as our Rush + Express option.
Please note - once your order is packaged and shipped (dropped off at the UPS or USPS location) we are unable to provide you any further information than what is provided to you in the tracking information.
We ship in boxes or envelopes depending on the size decal and/or quantity of decals you select. We package each order to the best of our abilities for safety and security throughout transit. If your package arrives damaged, gets stolen, gets lost, or gets wet, etc., please contact USPS or UPS Support or visit their website to fill out a claim as we ship each package with up to $100 insurance for this reason. Orders that total $100+ will have the appropriate insurance added on.
If your package is delayed in transit, please understand that we have NO CONTROL over this! We are only able to see what you are able to see. As the sender, we are unable to file missing mail claims on packages, however, as the receiver, you are able to file missing mail claims. To do this, visit USPS's website at the link below and provide the information requested to fill out your form.
USPS Missing Mail Claim
Once an order is shipped Sab The Decal Plug relinquishes all responsibility of the order onto the carrier and once the package is delivered, all responsibility falls on the purchaser and/or receiver. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, stolen, or otherwise compromised on delivery or thereafter. Orders will not be refunded or remade.
REFUND | RETURNS | EXCHANGES POLICY
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on ANY ORDER for any reason.
If a decal is made incorrectly, we will remake the order properly and send it at no cost to the customer. In the event that an order is produced incorrectly we will ask for images of the decal itself to confirm the malfunction or mistake so please be sure you take pictures prior to contacting us. If the decal has already been applied to a surface/used at the time of reaching out we will be unable to provide any remake the same applies to any other item we sell such as license plates, clothing, and all other items.
