Can I Cancel/Return My Order? – Cancellations can be made if the order has not been produced or shipped yet. Returns can be made for an EXCHANGE of another decal or size of the same decal or color. RETURNS CANNOT be made for refunds. Please see the paragraph above for the rules and stipulations of returns and exchanges.
Can I Change My Order? – If your order has NOT shipped! Please contact us via email or instagram for further details, restocking fees of up to 60% of the orders total may applied.
I Input The Wrong Shipping Address When I Made My Order Or My Order Was Returned To Sender – Please email us or contact us via Instagram ASAP. If your order is shipped to the incorrect address we do not offer refunds or replacements. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we can reship your package with the buyer paying for the reshipping cost. We cannot refund orders that were sent to the incorrect address or that were returned to the sender if the addressing mistake was made by the buyer. If we receive your order back in the mail, the buyer has 90 days from the date of return to claim the package. Unfortunately, this isn’t our favorite option but it is necessary to keep things running smoothly and give us the ability to provide the most customizable graphics.

I Messed up my Decal Installing it- Contact us with pictures we may can provide a discount on a replacement.
How can I Track my order? – Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, once your order ships you will then receive another email with your tracking information. If you check out using Shop Pay then your Shop App will also update with tracking along with the email updates.
Why Is My Order Taking So Long? – We offer millions of combinations of decals as well as custom one-off decals. Because of this, we print each order as we receive it, and we do not keep any decals in stock.
I Need a Different Size, Color, Or Design Than What is Listed on the Shop Page, Can I Create a Custom Order? – Yes! We can create about anything, just email us at info@sabsdecals.com, put in a contact form, OR hit the chat box in the lower right corner.
